		<description>I went ahead and voted for Tom, but I think my real vote would go for Bob Devaney, who turned the Huskers around in the sixties.

I remember the long, long dry spell from 1974 until the 90s under Tom Osborne. As a kid, my mom would say she hated Thanksgiving, because NU losing to OU would always ruin the day. It was a long dry spell under Osborne (and, yes, I&#039;m not forgetting 1983).

That being said, the most satisfying football game I&#039;ve ever seen is the NU-UF game at the Fiesta Bowl. Seeing Spurrier on the sideline looking as though he was sucking on lemons was worth a lot.</description>
